Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at lou@romanheritagefarms.com and we will do our best to assist with the carrier claim process.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where shipping services are unavailable.
