At Pastured Paws, we stand behind the quality of our products and want both you and your pet to be happy with every purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of pet food, treats, meal toppers, and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Treat & Topper Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand every dog is different. If your dog refuses a treat or topper on their first purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer store credit, a replacement product, or another solution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened treats
  • Opened meal toppers
  • Opened balms or sprays
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
